Tour and payment information

Group Size– Minimum of 4 and maximum of 12 passengers per departure date. The Safari Tour is a fully escorted tour by a qualified guide. The luggage limit is 15kg and the baggage must be in soft sided suitcases.

Pricing and payments: The pricing and payments are in AUD (Australian Dollars)

20twenty plus will invoice you for the deposit of $699 on completion of the booking form and is payable on the date of booking.
The second payment of $2900 is due 2 months after the booking date
The final balance payment is due 4 months prior to your travel date and 20twenty plus will invoice you for the final payment.
Bookings made within 4 months of travel, the full payment is required on booking.

Credit or debit card payments must be paid via BPAY or EFT and your client reference number will be on all invoices. The payment method will save you on any credit card fees.

Day 1 - Arrive in Nairobi

On arrival at Jomo Kenyata International Airport, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel, the Boma Hotel and spend the rest of your day at your leisure.

Day 2 Arusha Tanzania

After breakfast, you will be collected at your hotel and transferred to the airport for the onward flight to Kilmanjaro Airport. On arrival at the aiport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Arusha, African Tulip Hotel and spend your day at leaisure and enjoy the surrouning hotel facilities.

Day 3 Arusha - Tarangire Nationa Park - Manyara

Your safari begins after breakfast this morning. After breakfast, there will be a pre-departure meeting presented by your guide at your accommodation. It is imperative that all clients attend this meeting so as not to miss out on any critical information.

Our first stop is Arusha town, for any last minute purchases before we head off on an exciting safari experience! We will be in Tarangire National Park for lunch and an afternoon game drive. Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the centre of the annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3000 elephant, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebras.

Day 4 Manyara National Park, Tanzania

We head towards Lake Manyara National Park for an early morning game drive. The spectacular national
park is located at the north-western corner of Lake Manyara, a hallow soda lake, which lies at the foot of
the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. Manyara NP is not only known for its large flocks of flamingos,but also for the elusive tree climbing lions.

Day 5 Serengenti National Park, Tanzania

After breakfast we drive up the Rift Valley escarpment towards the world famous Ngorongoro Crater. For
many, this wildlife spectacle is the pinnacle of their safari experience. The Ngorongoro Crater boasts all of the ‘Big 5’, including a small population of endangered black rhino. After a picnic lunch, we head towards the Serengeti through the stunning Southern Plains. This is the area that the Serengeti is best known for – the endless, undulating grass savannah with rocky outcrops that serve as isolated wildlife refuges.

Day 6 Serengeti National Park

Today you will be spending a full day game driving around the Seronera area of the Serengeti. The
Serengeti is divided into three main areas: Seronera is the most central and accessible region and this is
where the Park HQ is based, as well as most of the larger lodges and communal campsites. This part of the. Serengeti is characterised by open plains of grassland, packed with animals. The Seronera River is the lifeblood of the Serengeti and this area is renowned for great game viewing all year round. It is also
particularly good for lion and cheetah sightings, as well as the most elusive of all big cats, the leopard.

Day 7 Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater - Lake Manyara

Today we retrace our steps with a morning game drive through the Serengeti followed by a picnic lunch,
before we continue through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route we visit Olduvai Gorge.

Day 8 Lake Manyara - Arusha

After breakfast we explore the colourful town of Mto-wa-Mbu for some last-minute pictures and curio
shopping. Afterwards we head to Arusha where the tour will end and will be transferred to African Tulip for your overnight stay.

Day 9 Kilimanjaro Aiport to Nairobi

After an early morning breakfast, you will be collected at your hotel for the transfer flight to Nairobi.

On arrival at the airport in Nairobi. you will be met at the aiport for the transfer to your hotel for your overnight stay before your onward journey. Spend the rest of your day at your leisure.

Arusha Cultural Heritage Centre

As well designed and planned art gallery, there is a wide range of African carvings, and painting as well as exquisite pieces of art and jewelry from all over africa! Maasai markets

This unique and colorful market is just a few hundred meters from Arusha’s famous clock tower. It is filled with all kinds of local artifacts and curios of all sizes. You will also meet local artisans busy making different kind of carvings. It is definitely a place not to miss while in Arusha. Hours of operation: Mon-Saturday: 08:00-17:00 and Sunday: 09:00-13:00 How to get there:

Nairobi – Giraffe Centre

The Giraffe Centre is a conservation sanctuary for breeding and releasing the endangered Rothschild giraffes back into the wild. This popular tourist attraction allows you to feed the giraffes from a raised platform. Distance from the Boma and BomaInn Nairobi: 15 KM

Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is a must-go for elephant lovers. This renowned rehabilitation program is known for their work to protect elephants and operate the most successful orphan elephant rescue and rehabilitation program in the world. Every day at 11 a.m. visitors are able to see the baby elephants up close when they are fed through milk bottles and indulge in fun mud baths. You can support this cause by adopting an animal. Tarangire Simba Lodge
