We are in a precarious situation with travel globally due to the ever-changing regulations being made and the impact of Covid 19. We trust you understand the information provided below is subject to change and we must comply and respect the governance of each country.

Below is the current update of your tour dates.

Clients have the following options due to the postponement of the tour:

Postpone travel to 2022

All postponed bookings must be made by 17 June 2022, failing which the bookings will automatically be cancelled. Clients must contact 20twenty plus by 17 June 2022 to confirm their booking arrangements.

Postpone travel to 2022 (change of date FOC) between 28 January – 31 August 2022. Accommodation and safari surcharges per person will apply for travel in 2022. The 2022 surcharge for the following packages is as follows:

• 9 Day Kruger Safari – $175
• 15 Day Vic Falls – Kruger – Cape Town $295
• 12 or 16 Day Chobe – Vic Falls – Kruger $295
• 17 Day Blue Train including- Kruger – Vic Falls – Cape Town $295
• 17 Day Rovos Rail including – Vic Falls – Kruger Cape Town $495

Postpone travel between 1 September – 10 November 2022 for the following packages and will incur the following accommodation high season surcharges in addition to the 2022 surcharge.

• 15 Day Vic Falls – Kruger – Cape Town $175
• 12 or 16 Day Chobe – Vic Falls – Kruger and Cape Town extension $295 – Okavango extension $395
• 17 Day Blue Train including Kruger – Vic Falls – Cape Town $295
• 17 Day Rovos including Kruger – Vic Falls – Cape Town – $495

All postponed bookings are subject to availability to your preferred date of travel.

Flights

Any additional cost of flights in 2022 or 2023 will be for the clients own account – please refer to the flight information below.

Postpone travel to 2023

Postponement of travel to 2023 will incur additional surcharges at the prevailing 2023 rates. The surcharge for travel in 2023 is payable prior to the date change request and confirmation of the booking.

Payments

Clients who have not made the final payment for the tour and additional activities booked, will be invoiced 120 days prior to the new travel date in 2022 or 2023.

Refunds

No refunds are due for the cancellation of the tour by the client and the clients will forfeit any amount paid. A credit option for the amount paid to date will be offered for travel at a future date in 2022 or 2023 for the same tour and conditions as per the above.

Flights

1. Refunds from South African Airways for cancelled bookings (cancellation request made by clients) will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the refund value and an administration fee of $50. SA Airlink flights are non refundable due to cancellations.
2. For any postponed travel and flights issued, the airlines will provide you a credit to the value at the time of booking the flight and any additional costs are for the client’s own account. No credits or refunds are due for cancelled domestic flights booked with SA Airlink.   
3. For any postponed travel and flights issued, we will provide you a credit to the value of the ticket at the time of booking the flight and any additional cost from the airlines are for the client’s account.
