After check-out at the President Hotel you will be met and dropped off at Europcar to collect your rental vehicle. After collecting your vehicle, you will make your way to Abalone Guest Lodge in Hermanus.

From June to December, Hermanus whale watching comes alive with the arrival of the majestic Southern Right and Humpback whales.

The whale watching experience begins with an on-land briefing led by our whale specialist guide. We then set off from the Hermanus New Harbour. During the tour, the friendly, knowledgeable crew are on hand to add that personal touch allowing for an all-round great experience.

Safari Ostrich Farm – Tractor Safari

Experience the world’s only Tractor Tour of an Ostrich Farm with your Safari Guide. Watch how ostriches breed in nature during breeding season. See South African, Kenyan, Zimbabwean and the rare White Ostriches. You will also be able to see the second largest bird, the emus. On tour they will show you the different types of feathers and their uses and you will learn how the ostrich farming began over 100 years ago.The tour departs on an hourly basis, starting daily from 09h00 to 17h00

Cango Caves – Scheduled Heritage Tour

An easy walk through the first six largest and most spectacular halls and continuing through to the “African Drum room”.This tour commences with information on the real discoverers and inhabitants of the cave and then winds its way through the rest of the Caves’ cultural and historical heritage.

A comfortable walk through the most majestic of the cave chambers. Experienced and knowledgeable guides will accompany you on this journey of discovery and knowledge. Around 60 minutes is required to complete the tour.

Today you will enjoy breakfast and check out of La Plume Guest House. You will make your way to Knysna, where you will check in at Elephant Hide of Knysna for a 2 nights stay.

Scheduled Featherbed Eco Experience

The privately-owned Featherbed Nature Reserve is a pristine piece of land situated on the Western Head of Knysna and is only accessible by ferry. This 4-hour family-friendly outing departs daily including a ferry cruise, 4×4 vehicle drive a 2,2 km guided nature walk. The views are breath-taking, and the knowledgeable nature guides will share their insights of the area, fauna and flora. Once completed you will be treated to a spectacular outdoor buffet food experience included in the tour. A must-do trip while in Knysna and suitable for young and old. Good walking shoes are recommended as well as cameras, hats, sunblock in summer and a warm jacket in winter on the ferry.

Jeffreys Bay is known as Surfers’ Paradise, and guests of On the Beach Guesthouse can enjoy a full range of water sports within close proximity of the guesthouse.

Today you will enjoy your breakfast and thereafter check out of On The Beach Guest House where you will make your way to Port Elizabeth Airport for your onwards flight to Johannesburg.

On arrival at Johannesburg Airport, proceed to the collection point (approximately 40 meters from the exit of the airport) for your transfer to your 5 star hotel, D’Orealle Grande  for your overnight stay in Johannesburg. The hotel provides a complimentary return airport shuttle service. Relax and unwind from your flight.
